where it is 35% more than average. I have cut down about 40% of my store inventory and will start to eliminate sooner rather than letting it sit on Ebay. I have shut down a clients store last week before they start charging me for the cost of the store. It will be a matter of time before they increase that fee also.
Has anyone received their Ebay invoice yet to notice the increase???

Hi Mah,
Are you bringing buyers over to your vendio store from Ebay? I had managed a Vendio store before Ebay started their own stores some years back with my last job. They were a Missy's clothing company and we kicked butt on Vendio. I would send a few garments to Ebay then they would come over to shop in the vendio store. But didn't Ebay allow you to post your Vendio store in the listing info back then. I can't remember how we snared the buyers over to Vendio. I am having a senior moment.

It's too early to really feel the effects of the change, that will happen over this month...Mine is going to get ugly...I've already gone through and eliminated 1200 store listings, will probably kill off another 1000 or more in the next month (I am about 4600 now) - I will keep listing things, just after 6 months I will have to remove them and just dump them, as opposed to letting them sit (and sell slowly) It will work out in the end, my business model is going to be different by next year anyway, I will probably be looking at an ebay store with no more than 2000 items rather than in the past with 6000.

You can have the Vendio link in your listings and can activate that by going to the Store area here on Vendio.
You can also put your own link in but be sure it links only to your ebay auctions. Second click rule.
I am bringing my biggest customers over from eBay and will close my store by the end of the year. My larger customers have been very sympathetic to the eBay fee situation.
They are also happy that I can offer them a discount over here due to the fee differential.

Lets all continue LOL with this unlocked thread.
I am thinking of reopening my Vendio store. I will have to read up on the Ebay rules of links cause I want people to be able to come to my store. I know the post sell emails can include link to store and the Vendio checkout also. But most Ebay buyers just hate going to outside checkout.
I don't have an Ebay store anymore and glad I don't my last invoice was terrible as it was especially for what I dabble in. I feel for the big store owners with lots of items in it. Especially is your sells are way down.
