For the second time in a couple of weeks I have had a message from eBay to say that some of my feedback has been removed.
A user whom you have recently transacted with has been indefinitely suspended from eBay within 90 days of registration. We have removed any feedback they left for you or others.
eBay removes feedback when a user is indefinitely suspended for certain policy violations within 90 days of registration. eBay takes the position that members indefinitely suspended soon after registration shouldn't be able to permanently impact another member's account.
I don't understand why the seller should lose positive feedback when I completed a successful sale. I have no idea who the buyers are, and now have no way of knowing if they received their purchases.

Yep - seems that if they NARU a new user all of their FB gets removed! I guess the feeling is that some of these people are registering just to leave malicious negatives (and maybe some shady sellers register under new name to enhance their own FB) but rather than investigate they just remove it all.

I agree with you classic, it should be that simple. But it's eBay we are talking about. Nothing is simple when it comes to eBay.
