You know how you hear those ads on the radio for buying houses with no money down? I love the testimonials.

Did you ever wonder why -- if this is SO easy and SO lucrative -- people like Robert Allen and Carleton Sheets sell programs to teach you how to do it? Why don't they just spend all their time doing it themselves?
