Hi, can someone translate this for me, please?
I tried a couple of on-line translation sites, but the message didn't quite make sense. I get that their package hasn't arrived, but I don't know what the question is.
Here's the message:
Bonsoir, je suis très inquiet , je n'ai toujours pas reçu votre colis . Il a dût ce perdre ? Cordialement.

Good evening, I am very anxious, I still did not receive your parcel. It A had this to lose? (I think this says "I think it is maybe lost)Cordially.

Not quite.
"Good evening, you revolting American worm. I spit on your language and your so-called culture! I believe you have deliberately lost my package. I proceed now to leave you negative feedback, then I will hasten to find someone to surrender to."
You're welcome.

If they are waiting for a package from you, tell them to give it more time (lots more time). The last package I shipped to France took 54 days to get there (airmail parcel post)!!

Thanks,
She actually has been pretty patient so far - it's already been more than a month. I told her that it's been taking about two months for packages shipped from the U.S. to arrive in Western Europe and asked her to please wait.
In Fluffyspeak - I believe that translates to How the heck should I know if your stupid package is lost? Now leave me alone, Frenchie.

Do you guys ship via the "Slow Boat" way? Knock wood, but shipping to the civilized world (should include France, I guess (smile)) - has normally taken less than a week or so for things we've shipped to UK, Germany, France...
Anything fragile should be shipped using a method that allows it to remain in transit for the least amount of time as reasonable. More than a week or so and it has a better chance of getting kicked around.
Just my 2 cents.

Seems all international airmail packages these days (especially to Canada) have been MUCH slower to arrive than usual. We are averaging 20 days on airmail to Canada, when just a month ago it was 8 to 10 days. UK was averaging 10 to 12 days, now it's more like 3 weeks! Same for other European locations.
I guess we'll have to increase the number of cookies this holiday season to thank our postal employees for getting our items all over the world in a pretty expeditious manner.
