Hi, Can anyone tell me if my existing Outlook express Mail service will work with Firefox? I am thinking about downloading it but do not want to lose my email addresses. Thanks for all the helpful hints... WCP

when I used it I had to go in and make Outlook express default email again, can't remember exactly but I think the browser still wanted to call up its mail client and finally found setting so it would not default to it for sending links etc from within the browser but was such a pain I just went back to IE. I want to try it again but definately don't want to have to set up the email and all my rules again guess I am getting lazy.

I don't remember doing anything other than switching -- all my files/messages etc. got imported. I may have had to set up the newsreader path. Under your start menu there is an option to set defaults, but I never did, but then I don't have either Mozilla or Thunderbird set to load at startup.
