I'm selling this small ashtray and matchbox set. The ashtray is only 2 7/8" wide and is etched with a fleur-de-lis--a mark I don't recognize. Does anyone have info on this mark?

Fluffy: I was going to spell it with the "lys" spelling but thought perhaps that was wrong. It actually is the French spelling. Thanks. I'm going to use that.
I do understand that this flower is extremely common. I guess I was hoping someone versed in glassware or tobacciana would have an answer.

Roadsmith, I have a similar set. They are from the late 60's/early 70's. The fleur-de-lis is simply an etched design which is popular with the French Provencial crowd.
I would list it as as French Ashtray/Match box set Paris Apartment. I think there are still Paris apartment buyers out there but I have not tempted them lately, so can't tell you how sales are right now.
