I had several auctions listed for a yarn that is made by a local factory, and sold under 2 different names.

Someone reported me for keyword spamming, even though I know for a fact that this is true, I even called the factory and they confirmed that it is the same yarn, both made by them.

Anyway, eBay cancelled all my auctions, and sent messages to recent buyers that the auctions were now invalid. Of course, eBay don't answer questions on the phone about cancelled auctions, and there are only generic replies to email.

Quite a lot of final value fees are involved here, and I don't know if I can get them refunded. I tried filing for UID, but the number comes up as invalid. Has anyone else had a similar situation?

Yes hwahwa, I did check, and no, it's not there, just the listing fees refunded. This involved 6 auctions. I hate not being able to talk to someone at eBay about it.
