And, I'm happy to report that the PP rep I talked with a few days ago was NOT speaking with FORKED TONGUE... YES, the "DENY" button IS grayed-out on Page ONE... HOWEVER: When I hit the "ACCEPT" button, PAGE 2 appeared...AND on that page IS is working "DENY PAYMENT" button, which I used!
