What is this buyer saying??
Dear Seller -Payment was completed. -An old handkerchief or aprons are collected. If it is possible to present it, it is glad. -Please write the item number of the commodity in luggage. -A similar thing is bought and it exists. -It is because of no understanding to feed back in case of not being. -Please give feedback to me.

I think she wants you to label the package with the ebay ID number and dont forget to leave feedback.
Feedback is not left often due to lack of understanding and this should not be .

Thanks hwahwa. I am a bit confused because her address is in Italy, but her email address ends in jp, which I thought was Japan.

Correct .jp suffix is for Japan. As long as she doesn't pay by PayPal you're safe to ship to Italy, as the risk of loss can be quite high according to other sellers on Vendio. Some common items can't be shipped to Italia or they will be stopped at customs and just "vanish"...

Payment by Paypal has already been made, even though I clearly state US, Canadian and UK only can pay by Paypal. The total with postage is less than $8, and I am not even going to try and explain that they couldn't pay that way!The problems with language don't make it worthwhile.

Why do you bother with such small international sales?

They bought the same item from someone else, and request that you include the item # on the package, so they can leave feedback for the correct seller.

fluffy: I sell craft books and patterns, and some sell for less than $2 in my store. I live in Canada, so I have to sell Internationally. Quite a few buyers bid on multiple items, and I have a lot of regular buyers. My actually feedback is more than double than my actual feedback number.I have learned from 10 years selling on eBay to sell what I know, and I know crafts, so that works well for me.

The language style shows they used an electronic translator like babefish to go from Italian to English.

But if the email is .jp it could be a japanese student living in Italy but doesn't speak English.

What the translator spit out is kinda cute. I speak enough Italian to know what they typed in originally.

The gist I got is they bid on 2 similar patterns maybe only 1 of them from you? They want you to put the item # on the package so they can tell who sent them what. And they'd like a feedback. They also admit they don't understand the process.

I love selling to folks overseas! Have sold to some of the strangest countries - and little sales but they gladly pay the postage! What I often fail to understand is when I sell an item they can buy over there easily - but as one sweetie told me, she enjoyed bringing an item back home to its country of origin!
