I went searching and cannot find an answer to my grief! Sigh. Guess techies are offline this morning on the Live Help site - hmmm? Somewhere I toggled something wrong and cnnot find the fix - several of my auctions have the big Vendio blue image box with blue line click here to see larger image blurb - then the photo of the item shows at bottom of the auction - anyone have a clue what I have done???
BTW - I often lurk - you folks are so awesome! I really learn from all of you!

Hi Bonnie Jean..... Bonnie Jean here!
Looks like from your post and another Vendio is having some problems today. I have always found them to be very helpful and responsive. Do you have the plan were you can call them? Do so if you do. If not it may be worth the $5.00 charge to see whats up. Let us know and welcome ... you lurker you!

Is this still happening or perhaps it was a temporary problem? The image at the bottom often is the one uploaded to ebay and used for the little preview in upper left corner.

If you want the image to appear at the right place you will have to edit using HTML (not easy but not impossible.

To get the HTML coding for the image, find the image in your image folder and put check beside it, and then click on "attach" at the top.

When you get to the attach image screen, select the option that says something about "not ebay, get HTML". When you get the next screen, copy the HTML and then revise the description through ebay. Scroll through the HTML until you find the place where your description begins. Insert the HTML there with a <br><br> afterwards (this will put the image at the top of the description). Preview before saving to make sure you have it in the right place.

It may be just easier to end the listing and then attach the image again (assuming you use Vendio to list)in the place you have set up for image display on your template.

Thank you so much for welcoming me! In meantime - it was my own dummie error - seems there is a toggle in eBay Global prefs that (surprise surpirse) I do not remember toggling or ever running into before - you get to chose location of photo - something they thought I wanted to change to "Please read my description before bidding" instead of having a photo! At least phone techs from Vendio are working overtime! Fellow that called was very helpful and gave lots of hints! He also mentioned that they are trying to figure out why we all keep getting something loading other than page we are clicking to - I have been having that problem today too. Clearing temp files did not make it better - sigh.
