Hi all,
my buyer sent payment to the wrong email address and I can't deny the payment. (the deny button is grayed out, I can only click on the accept button). What happened? I used to be able to deny payments....anybody have this experience?

I tried clicking on accept, but I don't get a followup to deny, just a page saying I have to upgrade. Damn I hate paypal and their constant changes.

I had the same problem last week, but the error was mine. I had not changed my old email address (on the listing pages) when listing the new items.
I contacted my ISP and he reinstated my OLD email address for the day. I was able to "Add" the old address to my PayPal account, receive my "confirmation" email from PayPal, get my funds and send the product.
Can you work with your ISP and, perhaps, do the same thing?
