Hi, I wrote ebay but of course they blamed this on Vendio. I've been on ebay for many years and this is only happening NOW. I use ebay checkout. When foreign bidders checkout, they are getting my US postage cost in their postage amount and this is what they are paying. Always in the past, the postage for a foreign bidder would be blank until I filled it out personally and sent it to them. This is the way I like to do it. What is making the US postage amount showing now in foreign bidders invoice and how can I change this? I have not reset any of my preferences to make this happen. I would appreciate any assistance here. Thank you.

allcash: i use ebay to make my listings too ... when you get to the part of filling in the postage amounts, USA is there (by default i assume), and just under that, is a link to clink on to add more shipping options; clicking on that, brings up international 'options' to fill in, for the purpose you are describing ...
