I could be wrong but I think they are Korean. Someone told me that the name is Chungsil Hongsil. Is that true. I can't read this. Can someone PLEASE translate for me.

She is right,you have a pair-bride and groom,their costumes bear the double happiness symbol for wedding.
on the bottom it said Korean folk art.
