HI, all: A Japanese buyer has asked for a refund through PayPal, which I'm willing to do. Here's his e-mail tonight:
"Please send me $29.45 thru Paypal "REFUND" type.
I cannot received refund other way."
I've refunded payments, a few times in the past, but I don't see a specific "refund" button or link. I'm sure I just sent the refunds by referencing the eBay auction. But now when I'm trying to do this, PayPal gives a message that there's no record of this buyer having purchased the item!
I'm concerned that his guy's definition of "refund" is just to send him money through PayPal and I'm reading too much into this. What would you do? (It's late, and I may not be thinking right!)

Way, way down on the bottom of the PayPal payment you received will be a clickable 'refund' button, it looks like this. "Refund Information: To refund a payment for any reason, click Refund Payment. The Refund Payment option is available for 60 days after the payment was sent." Is that what you need? Did he buy the item more than 60 days ago, if so I don't know how to refund. You can alter the amount of refund if it is less than the full amount.
