Even tho I opted out I seem to be back in. And have had two sales in two days. The WIERD part is that both are international and on one of the ads, I only had US shipping options.

So the buyer, from Japan, was able to buy a US only item and somehow discern the correct shipping amount.

The guy paid via Paypal and put in my flat rate for international shipping. How that happened, I do not know.

Beth - I love the buyers from Japan! They are the nicest and most trustworthy, IMO. You need to go into preferences, buyer requirements and then set it to not accept buyers who are registered in countries you don't ship to. If you've already done that, I don't know what happened.

When they register,they can say any country they want,like Russian will say they are in Germany or Nigerian can say they are in Italy.Ebay does not check ,I am not sure Ebay can.
