Does anyone know if Ebay automatically populates the buyers info into our Vendio checkouts? Like Auctiva? I am still getting complaints from lazy buyers telling me they do not want to fill out anything.
And I have to admit, when I buy, I like the simplicity of either an Ebay to Paypal or Ebay to Auctiva to Paypal checkout. I just haven't bought anything from anyone using vendio lately to see what it is like. THanks, Dave S

No, you are getting invaluable feedback from actual buyers who are telling you that your selling process is so clumsy and bothersome they may not buy from you again.

I personally will not bid on an item if they have anything that states something about check out. And I don't care which one. Deal with me personally or go away.

I tell people that if they intend to pay with PayPal, just go right ahead (the PP notification will fill out Vendio, BTW). If they're paying some other way, to please take a moment to go through Vendio checkout.

Ditto!, Fluff & Stone
I will not buy from anyone with "Checkout", either. In fact, I often search "PayPal Only" for buying purposes.
With all the complaints we hear about PayPal, I've never had a problem with them, and much prefer to pay through them. With PayPal I have a record of my buys right at my fingertips, in both My eBay AND PayPal.
Same for sales, although I do accept other methods of payment (personal checks and money orders). The "Other Methods" seem to take forever to arrive. Product, packed and ready to go, sits around waiting for payment.
