Did eBay ever put in place the policy that a NPB cannot respond to negative feedback? I know it was discussed at the last eBay conference.
I have one and frankly, now that I am back to 100% feedback, don't really want a neg. Stupid of me, I know (thank goodness Fluff is on vacation).

That is the case, but ONLY if they didn't respond during the UPI process. They could have responded "I didn't pay and I don't care," which counts as a response, and they could then leave feedback.

I'm not sure if they did that. I wonder if there might be some legal issues. If we get to slam the NPB do that have the right to respond? You know with the usual excuses. I lost my job, my kids are sick, the cat died, the 3 yr old did the bidding not me, etc. If it were me I'd take my chances at rebuttal and neg'em anyway.

I recently had 2 negs left by NPB, I did the FVF stuff, but they responded by saying, "Sorry, etc....." When I asked to have the neg removed I received the standard, cannot retract feedback unless the NPB did not respond. They had responded, but still did not pay. You can do a mutual removal, but I was not going to remove my neg when they deserved it.

I wish. 15 days and counting.
You've heard it all before, so I won't go into it again. But I think especially at this time of year it's a good idea to concentrate on the things one has control over and let go of the rest.
