I listed a few items with the free shipping, border and subtitle is supposed to be free. However, when checking my account I noticed they gave me the free border, but the other fee was .65 for " Value Pack Fee". Yes, it was because I added a Gallery picture, which is normally .35.
I just listed a few more, omitting the gallery pic, and it did not charge for the border or subtitle.
I then went in and added gallery pic, and sure enough it only charged me .35.
Be careful when listing under that deal!
