2 weeks to Christmas and I am ready to pull my hair out and run screaming through the woods. In a strait-jacket. The nutty customers are driving me nuts.
Customer placed an order 2 days ago and emails wanting to know why she hasn't received it yet. Sorry, I haven't perfected the art of beaming products instantaneously. That's two of them in one week. Oh, how I luuuuuv the over-anxious, please-hold-my-hand, Christmas shoppers.

I symapthize. Just had someone buy some yarn, which takes at least 7-14 days to mail from Canada to the US, and she wants it to make a Christmas present! Lets hope she's a quick knitter.
