I sell this ceramic Christmas Tree. Hubby wraps in bubble wrap places in peanuts with air bags stuffed all around it. I pay for the insurance. So heres the feedback I receive....
item sent promptly but poorly packed, arrived with moderate damage.
Buyer has a 3 feedback....You got to love it.

Ho ho ho is right. Grrrrrrrrrr. But is it possible the airbags deflated and there was some damage because of that?

I never use airbags with breakables just with stuff that doesn't break so easily. Did they bother to contact you before the feedback left?

I get two or three negs a year.
One sometime around July (no idea why) and another one or two between mid-November and mid-December.
Santa time brings out too many new eBaYers that are (1)grossly impatient with the slow down of the mail (2)unfamiliar with proper eBaY etiquette (3)lack the communication skills to e-mail because they are paranoid/quick to assume that the seller did something wrong or that they've been 'taken'.
The list goes on and on.
I'm sure the package was wrapped with care (bubble wrap, peanuts AND air bags? hard to get through that!).
I'm relatively sure that the item wasn't damaged (moderate damage to a ceramic item? Either it is chipped, cracked or history. I guess I don't know what moderate damage could be?!?)
Sorry about the newbie.
I'll ask Santa to pack an extra lump of coal.

I figure some of the lights fell out. I even enclosed 10 extra lights which I bought. I would think if it got broke they would want their money back, after all I did insure it. But I was the one that paid for the insurance. They never shot me an e-mail just left the negative. I sure wouldn't give them a refund at this point.

This must be going around, as I recently had a %$#%%%^#%$ that never answered 4 different emails, which I know that they got since I have a registered mail tracker imbedded in them, and then neg'd me, complaining about shipping fees that were very clearly indicated in the auction listing. Pathetic thing was, I charged $3.95 for shipping, which costed me $4.55, and that could be clearly seen on the package. I just marked it off to dumb spit complex.

Give the buyer a neg, then file for mutual feedback removal.
