I have 2 3-ring looseleaf book full of baseball cards. Each page has 9 cards. I know nothing about these. Tried to look up a few on EBay but there are thousands on there.
Any ideas???

Sadly, they are probably ALL worthless unless they be pre-65 rookies or sumptin...

GOTO a Borders, or similiar store, and pick up a copy of "Becketts" quide to Baseball cards (or NFL or NBA or HOCKEY,etc) and take a gander...

Iffen ya have a Mickey Mantle rookie card, ye be sitting pretty...

Iffen they just "cards" from the 80's & 90's, you would do better with SCRTCH-TICKETS from the LOTTERY...

OK, Thanks Tom - when I have time, I will go through them all and see who they are. Also will look at Becketts.
Hey - how you and Ralphie doing. How'd the tests go?

Frankly, there worthless.

I wouldn't even consider eBay with them. If you must, go to bidville. It's a cesspool, but that is where the sports cards crowd is.

First go through the albums to determine what you have. Then assuming they may be sorted by teams, and years, etc., sell each album separately as a collection. You just might be surprised. The key is to identify what you have before you decide to toss.

For example, I usually buy stamps and seals from sellers who have the "it's not worth anything" attitude, and find sheets worth $50 to $100 within the jumble that I have purchased for $5.00.

Thanks Guys - there are 2 albums so one of these days I will go through them and see what I have. Better yet, maybe I can find a local collector and he can tell me.

What years are they from?

Modern common cards are basically worthless, but you never know what you might find.
