In your auction listings, you probably have NOT changed your preferences in "payments go to" with your new address. It may be a good idea to retain your old email at least in PayPal so you can access payments until all your auctions have the correct info. Since I don't use Vendio, I am assuming that it is in your seller preferences somewhere on this site.

Hi Sky..."birg" is correct...Had the same thing happen to me when I changed e-mail service. Stupid me...I thought when I changed my e-mail address on eBay, it would automatically change it everywhere on eBay...NOT SO! You have to go in and change the "Pay to" e-mail address on the PayPal space on your preferences. Luckily, my customers were understanding but it was a hassle. Good luck!

you are right never assume, once all the emails are changed that it is all ok,
here are some tips i came across from a lovely lady from Paypal, for any one who might go through same problem, hope this info helps

If your eBay payments are being directed to the wrong email address, if
your buyers are receiving an error message that you are unable to receive
payments, if payments are still "Pending" or if they have not posted to
your PayPal account, it could be one or more of the following reasons:
· You have incorrectly entered your email address when listing your
eBay item.
· The email address used in your eBay listing, is not confirmed on
your PayPal account.
· You have entered an extra space or period after your email address.
· The email address on eBay Seller-accepted payment methods was
recently changed, but not changed on your PayPal account.
· You have recently changed the email address on your PayPal account
but have not changed the email address listed on the Payment and Shipping
page in eBay's Sell Your Item Form.
· The email address you provided to your 3rd party lister may be
incorrect.
To view the email address used in your eBay listing, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your eBay account and click "My eBay."
2. Click "Sold" under All Selling.
3. Find the item in question, click the item description to go to the
item sold page.
4. The email address to which the payment was sent will be at the top
of the listing.
Your buyer can cancel and resend their payment to you if needed. Please
note: The buyer can only cancel the payment if it is "unclaimed."
If a 3rd party lister was used, you may need to open that program or
contact their support to change the email address you provided to them.
If your eBay listing has no bids and there are still 12 or more hours left
before end of your listing, you can revise your item to correct your email
address.
To revise your listing and correct the email address:
1. Log in to your eBay account and click "My eBay."
2. Under All Selling, click the "Selling" link. Your active listings
appear.
3. For each listing you want to revise, click the pull-down menu under
the Action column and click the "Revise" link.
4. In the Payment methods you accept section, correct the email where
you wish to receive your payment.
5. Click the "Save and Continue" button.
6. Click "Save Changes."
Note: If the area you want to revise is highlighted in gray, you are no
longer able to revise that section of the listing.
You can visit this eBay page
http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/edit_listing.html for more information on
revising your item.
If your listing has 12 or fewer hours remaining and has, or had, a winning
bid during the final 12 hours of the listing, edits cannot be made and you
may not end the listing except to sell to the highest bidder on eBay.
Sellers may end listings during the final 12 hours of a listing if the item
does not have any bids.
To end your listing early, please follow the steps below:
1. Under All Selling, click the "Selling" link. Your active listings
appear.
2. Find the listing you wish to end early. Click the pull-down menu
under the Action column and click the "End Item" link.
3. If there are bids on your item, choose between:
a. Cancel bids and end listing early OR
b. Sell item to high bidder(s) and end listing early
4. If your item has no bids, you can skip the above step.
5. Choose the reason you're ending your listing early.
6. Click "End My Listing."
7. Your listing will end and will no longer be displayed on eBay. If
there were bidders, they will be emailed that their bid will be canceled.
If you chose to sell to the highest bidder, an email notification is
automatically generated and sent to the winning buyer. Contact your winning
buyer to make payment arrangements and to confirm your correct PayPal
account email address; a Money Request can also be sent.
To relist an item:
1. Click "My eBay."
2. Click "Unsold" under All Selling.
3. Click "Relist" in the Action column of the item you would like to
relist.
4. Review listing.
5. Click "Submit Listing."
Note: You must use the official Relist feature in order to receive the
Insertion Fee credit. Visit this page
http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/relist.html for further information on
relisting your item.
If you have Selling Manager, each set of steps above may vary.
