Take your pick from Singapore, Malaysia or India (unless you understand a second language, Doc). All offer FVF-free listings for domestic-only listings (however such listings don't show up on other eBay sites). Usual other caveats for eBay venues apply: must accept payment in local currency, PayPal not available in some locales, currency export restrictions... check your crystal ball for details.

why dont you find an item on singapore site,then come back to US site and do a search and see if it shows up.Then come back and tell us about it
