I'm sure a lot of have listings on Google as it has a feed from eBay. However website sales are usually more profitable as they cut out the middleman (eBay) and you can often upsize your median order value with a few tricks. The key to a prominent GoogleBase or Froogle listing requires a little knowledge of SEO and website optimization techniques.

It would problably be a waste fo time listing item one by one. If you have a lot of items, I would suggest bulk uploading your inventory. If anything, it will help get links from the main google search page.

Thank-you for your help, everyone!
I'm planning to give Google Base a try in January....I'm tired of putting all my eggs in eBay's broken basket....the time to diversify is long overdue.
sthoemke, I'm planning to download Google's bulk inventory software....hope it all works out.

Hum I just listed an item on google base and it was simple but not sure what i am in for. LOL did it under the wifeypoohs name she can take the heat if it backfires on me. Kidding but did use her gmail to do it. I may be a dead man in the morning but figured would check it out.
Does anyone use Google checkout? did sign up for it just don't know what the end results will be, is there a charge for it ---said free until Dec 31 2007?? True? Guess I should list more than one thing not a very good test but it showed up in search just almost immediately.
