Was this ever talked about here? I just saw that feature on an appliance auction....I have an appliance selling right now and while checking others I saw the feature...WISH I had know that but I don't recall seeing it in the listing form...Hell I'll TAKE an Offer on this thing for sure....(shhh,,as in quiet, I think i am gonna get my $800.00 anyway. ) $2000.00 retail thing.

The make offer is available on the details page if you go into revise the auction there you can set your parameters or what ever you want to do like accept if it meets such and such or deny if it is not as much as such and such. that kind of stuff. Or at least I know the make offer is in the details now if you can set a price I am rethinking that. LOL I am wishy washy today.

The make an offer is only offered when you list in Fixed Price.

It is right next to where you insert your items price.

Now I got it,,,,,,You MUST have 10+ fB's for that feature to show up...I listed on one of my accounts that ONLY has 8 FB's! all my OTHER a coounts are dripping blood red....hahahaha. (Negs from Idiots). I wanted that HIGH ticket item on a clean account, all pos. (It did not sell). I paid .90 cents last week to list it, to RELIST it the price is ,,,,,,,,,,,Unreal!!!!! $5.45!!!!!!!! screw that....

Well I went to another account to list it all over again,,,Never saw the make offer option ANYWHERE on the listing page. BUT when i got to where it gives the FEES to list,,,,Same Exact auction,,,,the Fees were $4.35,,,,,,,$1.10 CHEAPER than E bays Nifty quick relist. hahahahahaha......Screw ebay. the Relist feature was $5.45.....

O.k. Stone, thanks! FIXED price,, I finally got it. Even that LIVE chat never mentioned it ONLY works in FIXED prices.. Thanks! Listed!

Jack,

If you go the Fixed Price with Best Offer route you need to firsthand decide on a pricing strategy. I usually increase the Fixed Price by a margin so I don't get too many low ball Best Offers. When I get a Best Offer within 75-80% of my Fixed Price - it's a sale.

When I did some trials with Fixed Price with Best Offer I quickly discover that in some categories, all you'll get are Best Offers...
