I am mystified. It seems my sales are great sometimes with bids coming in soon after I list on some items and at other times (like now) I can list a slew of GOOD items at my usual time and get NO bids until about mid-week (7 day listings). Does anyone know if they rotate the "default" search for users who have not indicated preferences between "newly listed" and "ending soonest"? That's about the only way I can explain this. Has anyone else noticed this?
And check out the NEW search option (by category) announced today..whoopee! Wish I could figure out what good this does for anyone, buyer or seller!!

Yes neglus, I have found the same thing. One week I get a slew of bids on my core auctions and store, then I go through a week of almost nothing, not even watches. The week after Christmas was great for me, and that is usually a time when people are not very interested in the craft items that I sell, now it's dead!

The faucet is currently on for me - 14 auctions sales and 23 store sales in the last 24 hours. I wish I knew why it fluctuates so I could plan around it!

I often get the feeling that my auctions are "invisible". Very few questions, hits, watchers or bids, then all that changes for a few days. I would like to know when it my turn, then I would know when to list!

I have noticed on 7 day auctions that many dont get any hits untill the last 3 days. I have often wondered if ebay hides them the first 4? This seems to be the case if you pay $19.95 for a featured auction. It doesnt show up at the top until the last 3 days.
I just updated my new website - give me your feedback on it. http://gotflag.com
