Hi Guys... I hope someone can help me out there.
I lost my motherboard on my computer and have gotten it home and had to reinstall some software, including QuickBooks Pro 2000. I keep getting a message saying I have to register and I have only a few sessions left before the program freezes up on me. I have the original software and tried the old registration # to no avail. It seems this has happened in the past, but I don't remember the solution. I have called Intuit/QuickBooks before and all they try to do is sell me newer software or have me pay for tech support. Anyone out there have any solutions? I'm stressing big time.

Thanks sthoemke, but Quicken has a totally different set-up than QuickBooks. Unfortunately, they are two very different programs and the toolbars are not set up the same. I believe Quicken is geared for the general at-home or small business accounting, QuickBooks is more of a business accounting program.

If you've had no success by tomorrow morning, let us know here. My daughter is in management at Intuit, and she may be able to steer you to some help. ~Adele
