I had an account 2 years ago but stopped selling on ebay.

Now I'm ready to sell again & tried to set up a new vendio account. It wouldn't let me because I already had a vendio account with my current email address.

So I signed in & updated my expired credit card but my account is still showing inactive. My credit card has been charged the $1.00 so I know that went through ok.

Any suggestions?

Shelly I said it yesterday to someone!! but again, Vendio customer service through email has always been very responsive and timely to me. Link is at the bottom of this page.

Thank you for responding

I did email them & just received a response. They said my account is active & ready to use.

I checked my account info again & it still says "account cancelled" and "inactive." I am unable to upload images.

I emailed them again so we'll see what happens.

I don't know if this could have anything to do with it, but do you have a service plan selected?

Yes I do. And I even changed it once to be sure.

I haven't listed anything in ages either and I just noticed that you also have to select an image hosting plan. That used to be included in the service plan, so maybe that's the problem.
