Not sure how to go about this. My auctions state shipping US only. Final bid was from Greece. I emailed him to ask if he had a US address. He doesn't respond to my emails and I want to get my FVF. Do I go the usual dispute route, or is there some other way?

I think you file for FVF/listing fee, choosing the 'didn't follow your listing guidelines' sort of option ... then should go thru easily .... you can then relist, and if it sells 2nd time around, you should have a listing credit. .... (someone here will correct me if i'm wrong) ................ also, on your relist (or future listings) there should be a way to block international bidders on your listings ... right?

Is there a way to block international bidders? That would be great if there was but I don't think there is?
Wonder why we sellers can't just block unconfirmed address bidders??
Wouldn't that be a great option? It would take care of a tons of sellers headaches.

I have sent a few Internationally and those were quite a hassle. My auctions state that I ship only to the U.S. I emailed this high bidder to ask if he had a US shipping address and there was no more communication or response to my follow up emails. This was a nice bid and the follow up bidder is also in Greece. What would you do?
Why don't you indicate to eBay not to accept international bids? It's in Seller Preferences (something along the lines of 'don't accept bids where you don't ship').
There will still be a few people who sneak in with a bogus registration, but it will block 99% of the bids you don't want.
