It seems the Pre-approved Bidders List feature has been removed.

According to Live Help, there is still the option, but the only way to have it is if the item has high value, is for charity purposes only and has press.

Dumb, Dumb, Dumb! I have used this to assure that a certain buyer gets an item I want them to get without over-stepping eBay's rules for selling off eBay. It would be much easier to arrange a private transaction. Is that what eBay wants?

What's next? No more blocked bidders list? Seems eBay thinks we should sell to everybody no matter how unscrupulous they may be. They pretty much said that by forcing you to accept all forms of PayPal payments if accepting PayPal.
