PIXIAMOM	posted on March 22, 2007 07:22:07 PM I have a wonderful postcard of street urchins in Naples I thought were fondly referred to as Scugnizzi. The urban dictionary says this is a derogatory term and I certainly don't want to offend anyone. Any Napoli folks out there who could lend some insight?
