I have customers freaking out this morning.
1. It appears the PayPal home page is down. Can not access www.paypal.com directly. PayPal link from Google search takes you directly to http://altfarm.mediaplex.com/ad/ck/3484-32565-2056-0?kw=.Paypal.Com&gclid=CKX-m72Ck4sCFQhUUAodIB2ITA. Yeah, it really makes me feel good to click that link. NOT!
You can access PayPal directly from ebay shipping manager.
2. Also had a rash of combined shipments that did not correctly calculate shipping and orders are coming in with no shipping charges at all.
When I contacted eBay they say they have known about this "intermitten" problem since the 12th. Major PITA.
3. International shipping charges have disappeared on the majority of my listing and customers "adjusted" their shipping charges to whatever the heck they wanted to pay.
I have the option set to NOT allow customers to edit totals, but it appears that if the buyer uses checkout and the pre-set shipping charge is empty, the customer can edit the invoice.
I've had to cancel payments from these buyers and re-invoice.

I had a Canadian customer pay this morning too but he paid through ebay. Customers in San Antonio, Florida and Louisiana say they can not access PP at ww.paypal.com.
You can log in fine if using a saved link such as https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_login-run but not all buyers know that.
...Fixed typos...
