I can't get in to ebay anywhere anyhow...anyone else having problems?

I guess the problem was here. I shut down computer and unplugged it - still wasn't able to get into ebay so I went to bed. This morning I still had the same problem so I disconnected and reconnected the power source to the cable modem and router and now everything works great.
