I am changing my email address because I am going to a different internet service.
I have both email addresses listed in my paypal account with the new one being the primary account.
I am noticing that some customers with the old email address in their system are sending me money; the payments are going through OK, but the notifications from PAYPAL are going to my old email address. When customers send me money to my new email address, the notifications come to my new address. HOwever, I need all my notifications to come to my new address because in a few weeks, the old address will not be valid.
I don't see exactly where I can change the notification preference. anyone know?

You need to go to your eBay account and, in the payment section (where it shows PayPal), change that to your new address. Should do the trick...

hi again, thanks for the info.... but i'm still not finding the correct area to change the paypal info to my new address.
I went to ebay and signed in. WHen I go to PAYPAL, it brings me to my paypal account where the new address is already the PRIMARY address.
I don't see a 'payment' section anywhere in the MY EBAY page.
Can i trouble you to PLEASE tell me exactly where to go to change this info? thanks so much!

If I''m not mistaken it under your Vendio preferences if you use Vendio, if not, it's on whatever you use to list with -- turbolister, SYI, etc.

I looked through everywhere on "My Account" ->"My Preferences" (should be where you would enter a change in PP address) and I couldn't find a place (outside of the link to PP) to enter a payment email address. Maybe they changed it so that the PayPal information is the information used by ebay??

I just looked in Vendio, it's under global preferences, under payments -- below shipping -- payments should go to ...
