I noticed in My eBay (Selling Manager Pro) an option to view Active Listings with the status of With Leads. Does anyone know what this means? A search on my active listings with status "With Leads" brought no results, as did a search on active listings "Without Leads".

that sounds like you have been switched over to a server in England or Canada or Australia.

You may have answered a question to someone there and you are now working on their servers. just another e-bay screw up.

Today I got a notice from a bidder that they continually tried to buy and item from me that is a buy it now auction (100 available) they could not get it to work.
I called e-bay and after 26 minutes on hold they came on. The attendant said "oh we have been having intermittent results all week with buy it now".
I had to remind her that if the buy it now customer could not buy it now from me they will just go some where else too, buy it now as that is the purpose of buy it now.

I had to insist that they refund my listing fees. after 3 talks to the supervisor they finally gave me the refund. they acted like they were doing me a favor.

This system is so screwed up at this time you have no assurances that anything you have on e-bay is being seen or working.

of course clear your cache and cookies will do the trick.

too bad the executives of e-bay are not there when you flush your cookies as they need to be cleared out too.

Nope, I'm on the U.S. site. Edited to add: the other options are : All, With bids/reserve met, with offers, without bids/reserve not met, with leads, without leads.

I've always assumed it was tracking the status of your Classified Ad listings.

There are four options on the Selling Format page of the old SYI: Sell an item at auction; Sell an item at fixed price; List a classified ad to generate leads for your item, service or real estate; Sell an item in your eBay Store.
