Buyer says she had a computer crash, but I thought she did not pay and left her negative feedback. Anyway I can retract it??

Mutual withdrawal.
Did she leave your feedback yet?
MW will remove the rating but the comment will still remain. The only way to have a neg removed entirely is if it fits the eBay criteria for complete removal such as use of profanity, a link, mentioning investigations, personal info, etc.
Edited to add clarification

mingo, good thought.
Of all the excuses I got for NPB I know of only one that was for sure the truth.
She just plain forgot.
When I emailed the bidder a few weeks after the auction ended she answered saying:
I was in the hospital.
I was out of town on business.
I didn't bid, it's a mistake.
My check must be lost in the mail.
I can come up with a few more if you don't believe any of these.

I thot MW meant that you both agreed to withdraw neg feedback. What would she be agreeing to? You mean she would agree to my feedback to her being withdrawn? How do I start this process. thanks for your help.
I will check to see if she was bidding while her computer was down.

OK, I found the site where we can agree to MW.
It looks like she has to leave negs for me before we can start the process.

No, that's wrong. You can do a Mutual Withdrawal now though she may not agree to it until after she leaves feedback for you.
"Note: If you haven't left Feedback for your trading partner and you go through the Mutual Feedback Withdrawal process, you will no longer be able to leave Feedback for that transaction."
