Well..I am a little confused and a little po'd. I bought a set of 2 capris and tops a couple of weeks ago. They were nwt and thought it was a good deal. They don't look too great but I didn't pay much for them so haven't said anything. I truly forgot to leave feedback and today I get a neutral from the seller. Nothing written..just a neutral. I emailed her and asked why she left me a neutral but have not heard back from her. She has over 4000 feedback with 59 negs and a lot of neutrals. When she gets a neutral or negative she leaves a nasty answer to each one. I can't decide what to do...I thought about a neutral stating..clothes poor quality but paid low price so what did I expect...not a neutral feedback. What do ya'll think?

First I would determine whether it was a mistake or not. That she left no comment tells me it may have just been a slippery finger and if it were an accident I would ask her to do a MW.
If it were intentional, or she did not respond, I would neg the snot out of her.

I would have no trouble leaving her a neg stating: Poor quality Items, poor communication.
If it was a mistake then lesson learned, be more careful.
She's an idiot for not replying to your email & leaving herself wide open for a neg.

Just give 0 star ratings in the new feedback system.

She still has to leave a comment first.
Edited to add....I should have said she still has to leave a neg, neut or positive with or without comment first.

I will give her until tomorrow to respond to my email. If she does not I will at least give a neutral and maybe a neg with poor star ratings.

Sellers who are rude don't deserve the benefit of the doubt in my experience. Leave her a neg for poor communication and quality of products. Zeros for ratings. I seriously doubt she is going to care either way but at least your comments may serve as a warning to others.
I usually won't buy from a seller who leaves nasty comments for anyone. Why invite a bad experience into your life? Sorry you had the experience.

I'm with all of the above. I just left a 1-star out of 5 on Amazon for a buyer who left me the same. Very uncalled for, but the only way she'll learn is by being stung. I e-mailed her 6 days ago and asked her to retract her feedback (Amazon allows that), and no response. So. . . perhaps a lesson learned.

I agree, if I notice that a seller leaves acid feedback, even if the buyer is wrong, I will not buy from that seller. Saying things like "moron" in a feedback comment is a red flag to me. Makes me think they duth protest too much!!

I can't decide what to do...
How about getting on with your life?
The sun is out, the birds are singing, the world is wondrous and summer offers all kinds of opportunities to make money and have fun. Sometimes at the same time.
I am living proof that no matter what feedback you leave for the seller, it won't make a scintilla of difference.
Anybody planning on getting an iPhone? I'm going to buy one, even though I hate signing cellphone contracts. What a nifty toy that will be. My hubby's going to be so jealous.

I have to admit that I didn't check her feedback and I usually do..don't know why I didn't that time.
Fluffy...I get so amused at you sometimes. I have a beautiful longhaired (fluffy) calico cat that sometimes is the sweetest thing in the world and other times is the queen of acidic attitude and will bite you if you touch her. You are right about it not making any difference what kind of feedback you get or leave but it sure will make me feel better if I return her neutral with at least a neutral (if not a neg)

Fluffy, how do you know they don't make a difference? I'll be blunt. I would never buy from you and I know I am not the only one who feels this way.

I should clarify. Some of my best friends are bitches and I don't care about your bitchy attitude unless it shows in your feedback. And it does. In fact, it doesn't just show, it SCREAMS.

Gosh, zipster, I think you just violated the Community Guidelines. Might want to go back and read those before you get that email from Diana.
Or just use that tiny "edit" button.
If you are interested in discussing the statistical impact of any one non-bidder versus the tens of thousands of bidders who bid with me each year and the fifty-five million or so active American eBay buyers, I'd be happy to show you the math. Believe me, it is a very *small* impact. That grasshopper that smeared itself on your windshield is gigantic by comparison.
It's not really to be wondered at, I suppose. American consumers have been told for so long by consumer advocates that the "customer is always right" that they actually believe their very own precious patronage means the difference between success and failure of a commercial enterprise.
Fact is, it doesn't. Get over yourself.
