I decided to go through my store today and lower some prices. On almost every auction I get a message "duration cannot be revised". I am not trying to revise the duration, just the price. In some cases it has taken 4 or 5 attempts before it will go through. Anyone else having any problems?

Amber: There's a new announcement today that ebay no longer allows revising durations after the first 2 hours of the auction. Take a look at that announcement. I'm sure it'll catch a lot of users unaware.

I tested it on one of my Store items and was able to lower the price without a problem.
I did notice that the section with the price is in the same section as the Duration so with their new 'RULES' regarding changing durations they probably messed up the coding or whatever they do....
Maybe it was a short hiccup this morning that has been fixed.
If you still have prpblems then I would get on to Live help.

roadsmith: I wasn't trying to change the duration, just the price. Sometimes they went through, sometimes I had to re-do them several times, they did all go through eventually, but it took ages.

I have tried revising my auction description three times since last night with no luck. The live support was a joke. I haven't had to revise a description for a few months so what has changed? I can get to the right page, but how do I type in the description change? There are no bids yet.

I ran into the same problem the other night. I wanted to revise quantity on several of my store listings but kept getting the duratio error so I emailed a site error complaint and was amazed to receive an answer about 30 minutes later.
Here is the email I received:
Dear Dianna,
Thank you for reporting the error while trying to revise your Store
listings.
We know how important this is to you to get your listings revised and we are trying to quickly resolve this situation so you can get back to your normal actions.
If you are still having problems about this later on, please contact us through live help and you can request a credit for the listing and just list it again. Here's our Live help direct link.
