If you check a listing, it shows that there are 2 other items listed - click the link - and it's eBay's standard language about the item being removed or no longer available.
Wonder if the check didn't clear?

It looks as though with EBay's new stance on suspending sellers due to poor feedback and star ratings that they finally got around to them.
690 Negatives in the past month and just over 90% Feedback.

maybe their 90% feedback causing some damage?
I'm sure eBaY has received numerous complaints about them.
Eventually feeBaY has to come down on their bigger sellers ~ too many bidders disappear from HUGE sellers with BAD service.
Bad for the big picture.
I would guess eBaY loses users daily due to bad experience with sellers like this one.

I never bought from this group, but, the buyers had to know what they were buying here.
This is a sacrifice to those finger pointers who were actually ripping off people. (many I'm sure are still there)
This is like suing the tobacco people because you got lung cancer. You need to take some responsibility for your own actions.
You can see that it was junk, they told you it was junk, if you don't want junk, don't bid on it!

Maybe let the buyer beware to you, but they have an unfair advantage over newbies.
Other than on eBay, is a 90% positive rating bad to you?

This group (bargin..) was discussed here before. They sell junk they tell you that. as a buyer you got to realize it is junk.
go to a flea market and there are sellers just like that, they sell junk. I may not want it and you may not want it, but it is of some use to someone. So they buy it.
There has been a need for a long time for a section on e-bay that you sell stuff that is junk and you buy it without returns.
(about newbies)
I recently got a neg from someone with a "6" rating because the coin was tarnished. Its silver, its old , you do not clean coins, so it will happen.
We live in a society where the public wants tomatoes and fresh fruit out of season at the lowest price possible. and it is a conspiracy when there is a blemish on them.
We can't have everything the way WE WANT IT, just because!
If we buy something we need to take some time to figure it out before we buy it or as the saying goes
You bought so the items is yours now!

I think if it were a matter of paying the ebay bill, they would be NARU. I don't think they've moved listings elsewhere unless they changed their business model - they NEED ebay for auctions. They are not a fixed price seller.
Perhaps they are taking an enforced vacation because of the new ebay crackdown on the bottom 2% of sellers?

Just looked at most recent negative and neutral FB and most items are about non-receipt - certainly a valid reason to neg even with their "Caveat emptor" policy (as opposed to condition)

That BIG "ranked 3rd on eBaY with over a million positive feedback" is too deceiving and likely the cause of many negs.
They ARE clear about the quality and condition of their items.
LOTS of info and fine print, they even have something of a return policy ~ for buyers remorse, no yet!
I don't think it would be hard for them to revamp their auctions and manage their buyers expectations better ~ it would make a HUGE diffence in their feedback and star rating if that is why their auctions were inexplicably pulled.
Seems like some sort of 'waarning vacation' since they are not NARU.

It looks like just an account restriction. No new listings until they clean things up some. I predict a flurry of mutual withdrawals in the near future.

There is one new listing showing now.
To my eye it doesn't look much different than they looked before unless they have taken some 'dire warnings' off the template but I still see the Caveat Emptor button

Up to 29 listings now.
Looks like an account restriction. Otherwise they'd have thousands up.

The "deceiving star" that I mentioned a few posts ago now says 'over 900,000 positive feedback' instead of "over one million positive feedback"
coincidence???

Nearly all (if not all) the new listings have "FOB" as shipping and handling.
This will inevitably create even more unhappy customers. I can't believe this was done as a result of an account restriction, so maybe we've been wrong all along.

No, one out of ten customers who left feedback is unhappy enough to leave negative feedback.
The actual percentage of unhappy customers is probably higher. We don't know how much higher.
The dress I bought from them wasn't a great buy once you factored in the shipping.

What does FOB mean? I'm from the old school - Freight on Board Destination (recipient assumes damages occurred during shipment) or Freight on Board Origin (shipper assumes responsibility).

I think you'd have to ask Bargainland what they think it means.
What *I* think it means is that "We've done the numbers and discovered we're not getting enough bids. We've decided to make up the shortfall by concealing the s/h charge from bidders until the end of the auction, when it's too late for them to back out."
There will always be bidders who innocently (stupidly) assume that shipping will be some reasonable amount.

I sent them a question yesterday asking how I could bid on their items when none of them had shipping costs listed.
No response from them.
Their newly listed items have shipping quotes.
