We set up our PP account back when hubbie started buying cards and stamps (I stayed away from ebay because I knew I didn't need ANOTHER addiction). A year or so later I started selling on a whim and used his buyer ID and Paypal account. Now PayPal won't even talk to ME about the account!!
It looks like we have to upgrade to a Business Account in order to add me as a user.
What is the difference between a Premiere and Business Account - or better put, is there a downside to changing to Business Account?

I upgraded to Business account and added myself as a contact so I could talk to Customer Service....and #$&%^&*)@%)%$)!@ !! I might as well as have been talking to a brick wall - and this is only about history download problem. SIGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh
I have to wait 24 hours to report problem anyway....WTF!

Girl I know, I know, I know!!! I had my venting rant yesterday ..you get today! For me the ONLY company I deal with on a regular basis that really does understand and provide customer service is Vendio.
