I have to try that on my Posties, I don't use those envelopes because I just never think of them, this will make me check out what can fit into a video box now!

That will work for less than 1% of the items I ship. When I have items that weigh more than a couple of pounds, the size of the item is way too large for the flat rate anyway.

Y'all would be amazed at what I stuff in those flat rate envelopes, lol. And yes, either size of the video boxes will fit in there. I don't think I have ever exceeded 7 lbs. This guys post about 70 lbs reminded me of Mike's 4x4
Another fav box of mine is the priority mail shoe box. It seems to be the one most adaptable and configurable for my product line. I save tons of time and often postage by cutting one of these down to fit.
