I hear the poisoned cat & dog food is ending up here too.

I'm beginning to think what's going on with imports from China is deliberate.
Every child will get at least one of these toys & all will put at least part of in their mouth.
Imagine what lead poisoning will do to our next generation.

Anything that is on a recall list is going to end up on a salvage pallet. When you buy the pallets you also sign an agreement that you understand by buying this merchandise you are in danger of a lawsuit against you for selling these items.
