Excellent article full of good advise. Too bad eBay doesn't have similar info on their "venue" to help buyers discern between the good and bad...

I thought it was kind of sad that the cover said ebay Scams while the inside article said Winning at ebay How to bid smart & play safe.
And no - I don't subscribe but I couldn't pass up the magazine at the public library for 25 cents when I saw the cover blurb on ebay.
My library takes donations of used magazines and sells them for 25 cents each. Isn't that a great idea?
