It seems they didn't get kicked off for UPI because the period to file expired BEFORE they did the chargebacks. I can't believe ebay let this go on this long!
I'd wager that the sellers leaving postitive just didn't bother to go back and update the FB when the chargeback hit.

Is there any chance this was an identity theft issue? I noticed the chargebacks happened within a fairly narrow timeframe, like two weeks.
My mother-in-law wrote a check to a lawn service company. The check was stolen, and at least two people made up their own checks using her account number. Made several thousand dollars worth of purchases at WalMart and other quality stores.

Read further down on their positive feedbacks. They did chargebacks 90 days after purchases made the first of May.

I saw one where FB was given on March 24 and seller amended in July because of chargeback

Right. I meant that the chargebacks were filed almost all at once...like someone was trying to clean up an identity theft issue.
