Small description, BIG, BIG asking price. When you ask for a starting bid of 15K I would like to think you would have a little more to say.
Maybe it's just me, but I'm not sure if the sculpture is part of the tree or added to it.
Seller has 62 FB, when you click on it, it says 0 FB
Everything about this auction confuses me.
I'm not going to bid.

Their 62 feedbacks are as a buyer, they have 9 as a seller. You would at least think they would have a close-up of the supposed figure, it doesn't look like anything to me. They say miraculous healing take place in it's presence, if this was true, they would make more money charging people to go and see it!

A rule my grandpappy passed down to me is: "If someone wants $2.2 Million for a tree, make sure that they know the difference between 'assenting' and 'ascending'."
I was going to bid, but the spelling convinced me otherwise.

i've noticed a LOT of feedback pages aren't complete at all... someone with over 400 fb only shows 1 page of ended listing fb's, and that sort of thing.
i also noticed a bidder of mine that retracted a bid stating 'entered wrong amount', when i click on her fb page, no where on there am i able to see how many, if ever other times, had they retracted bids. am i looking in the wrong place?

aintrichyet: I think I just discovered why all feedbacks are not showing when I checked out this auction. I think they have now separated buyer feedback from seller feedback, you have to click on which one you want to see. I don't know when this started.

Oh my gosh, you are right, you do have to choose if you want to see feedback as seller, buyer or all. Oh well, hope people know to check that out, I sure did not until I came to the board.

aintrich, you are right. I cannot find bid retractions on the feedback page, etither. I had a buyer, who did OK by me, but she retracted about 3 bids a day and I cannot find that info any more on her feedback page. Where is it!?

I was going to point out the assenting/ascending problem but wasn't fast enough!
Well, perhaps the seller means that Jesus assented to ascending, LOL.
This is a stupid auction. In the process of digging it up to ship, the "sculpture" could easily be jarred and damaged. This seller should just charge admission and leave it in place for the people who are seeking healing.
Very weird thing. I suppose some casino will buy it.

hmmm Cash... 'feedback as a buyer' then there's 'feedback left for others' (which i had looked at).... you (and fluff) are right... i see my bidder's retraction under the tab of 'feedback as a buyer'./
ebay's becomes more absurd as each week/month marches on.

It would be a great help if eBay would at least announce these changes, rather than expecting members to work out what they have changed for themselves. It sometimes seems like a game of "spot the difference"

ewh. I found the new Ebay "finding experience" today and I hate it. They wanted me to take a survey on what I thought about it.
