I thought if you had a customer that bought things over several days, and you went to invoice them, you simply selected one of the items they had won and Ebay's system automatically listed all of the purchases they had bought. It didn't do that last night. I thought that worked before. What happened? Was I dreaming?

I always have to check each item the person has won, to send a combined invoice.

If they have completed checkout or have paid for some of the items, they will not be included. Ebay's combined invoicing has been flaky lately.

If you already sent an invoice you need to send a corrected or amended invoice. There is a link for it on the auction page.If you have not sent a prior invoice, all items that that person bought from you should appear and you just have to check each one and tell the invoice to recalculate.

I have noticed that lately (maybe always) that multi items that sell to the same buyer from my store don't show like items from auction. I have to send 2 different invoices. This is crazy but that's the way it has been lately.
