I've been hearing more and more about this. It is scary. Go to the ebay boards, like trust and safety, and do a search for 'account restriction.' Lots of people have shared their stories and experiences.

Please explain. Not sure what you mean by "account freezing." Is it a listing restriction? Looks to me like you have a good number of active listings, great FB and detailed ratings. Are you sure it's really from eBay?

Hi,
Yes it's from eBay Some of my listing through vendio were not allowed, I think it has something to do about the Zippo lighters they are all new bought at the Zipo factory by me. Worst [part is I cant add to or change any errors I might have made, missed a picture on 1 lighter and they will not let me add one...a real pain.

I think I remember reading about this happening to other sellers. I think you have to contact eBay (start with Trust and Safety) and they have to review your case and then when they see you are on the "up and up" they will lift the restriction.

MountainTop:

Two things I see that, if a competitor sqwaks to feeBay, then feeBay might P&M at you:

#1: In your description, you state:
"First class postage within the USA is $2.00, multiple orders will be combined. A invoice will be sent at auctions end."

~ HOWEVER ~

Right below that, but, still within your Vendio template, you have THIS:

Shipping & Handling
--------------------------------------------
$0.00 USPS Priority MailŪ
$0.00 USPS Priority MailŪ

??????????

Well, which is it? Is it $2.00 for FIRST CLASS? Or are you offering FREE Priority Mail? VERY CONFUSING...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The other thing is you may just have way to many "THIRD PARY SERVICE PROVIDOR" links just below yer template...Just how many links to VENDIO services do ya really need? DUMP THEM, please!
Other than these, I couldn't find anything -- NICE ITEMS!
