Does Express or Priority shipping thru the post office offer a way to track a package to protect the seller on a paypal payment ? I have a UK bidder with a confirmed address wanting to bid but I want to be safe about it if possible. If I remember right the last package I mailed to the UK only showed up on tacking till it left the states then nothing.

I have always been able to track packages to receipt by the buyer with USPS Express Mail to Europe.

Lately, I have also found Priority trackable to delivery with customs form 2976-A. This was not always the case.

I would recommend Express Mail to be sure.

Regards,
Susan

Thanks Susan ! The way the Post Office is with all the new rules had me wondering if anything was safe anymore.

You can offer your UK bidder either ship via express mail or regular mail with insurance.

Toasted,

It would be advisible to check with PayPal as to what is accepted for the limited Seller Protection they offer.
