I am sure this is a braindead problem I have, I don't think E-Bay has anything to do with it. I try to do my relist items everyday but somehow in the course of time I end up with inventory that I did not get relisted so it doesn't get back in my store. I didn't have this problem as much when I listed through Vendio but many of my items are a one time buy and I list through E-Bay to save money and Vendio is terrible about images not appearing which I got sick of last year. How do you big sellers keep up with your inventory?

Ebay's Sales Manager Pro has a view of items eligible for relist credit. I subscribe ($15/month?) for this feature alone. I relist on core about 1 month after original listing. I then look at unsold item > 1 month that do not have the relisted icon next to them (these are the items that didn't sell after list and relist) and send them to my store.

I think the Ebay Sales Manager comes free or discounted with an Ebay store - it has an area that lists unsold items and breaks it down in to items that are eligible for the relist credit.
I really depend on it to help with relists, pending shipments, pending payments, etc.
