The links to Vendio's ad includes an ad for Dealio, which I don't use. eBay's policy:
Additional requirements for third-party credits include:

*

The credit may not contain promotional material about additional services or other information about the company. Instead, it should simply identify the service provided by the company.
*

The credit may link only to the third-party company's Web page containing information about the eBay service.
*

The service being credited should only be one that the seller is using within that particular listing.
*

If an image hosting service is used, sellers may display a credit for the image hosting service provider (as long as the credit adheres to the above guidelines).

Thanks again, Vendio.

Try going to your account page here on VD

Partner Promotions
UnWired Buyer - Allow buyers to bid on your auction using their cell phones.
Dealio - Promote the Dealio toolbar in your checkout or image hosting page to earn cash.
Webloyalty - Increase profits and reward customers at no cost to you!

Make sure all the slots are unchecked on the Dealio list

Hope this helps

Thanks, Deur. I never opted in for this and was unaware that I have to opt out since I don't use Vendio checkout or "Click to Enlarge"

What about that bit about allowing buyers to use their cell phones? Is there something inherently wrong with that idea alone?

pixiamom:

I believe that all those rules ONLY apply to the actual AUCTION LISTING PAGE...

IOW: the VD link on yer AUCTION LISTING PAGE must conform to the rules, but the page that the link goes to does NOT have to conform...

I think they call it the "two-click" exemption?

Thus, yer not in violation regardless of any of that garbahge VD throws on PAGE TWO -- you WOULD BE if VD threw all that garbhage on PAGE ONE (the actual auction listing)...

I personally don't care for VD (got enough problems in my life as it is), but, I'm sure they sat around and probably called their meg-o-rep before they gooked-up the SECOND pages...
